Hi! I’m Katie! I’m a CPA and I help business owners and individuals eliminate stress and worry over business finances and more.

Moore Accounting Services, LLC is a virtual, outsourced accounting and bookkeeping firm that provides accounting services in a different way. My goal is to connect you to your numbers so you can better understand your business, build confidence as a leader, and reach your own goals.

After graduating with a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Louis University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, I spent nine years in public accounting at a Big 4 firm. After public accounting, I spent three years in Financial Reporting at two publicly traded companies, including a Fortune 100 energy company in Chicago. After all those years of climbing the corporate ladder, I realized I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life helping big businesses. I started Moore Accounting Services, LLC with the goal of bringing big business financial skills to small business owners and individuals.

I have over 14 years of accounting experience and am a licensed CPA by the Missouri State Board of Accountancy as well as a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. I pride myself on being easy-going and approachable for all your questions and needs.

When I’m not analyzing numbers and spreadsheets you can find me traveling the world (I recently made it to my 7th and final continent!), cheering on my favorite sports teams, cooking new dishes, drinking cold brew coffee year-round, and reading good books.
